When can I expect to receive my order?
Within Klang Valley, you will receive your delivery the next day or you could schedule it at another date. From Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
For the rest of West Malaysia, you will receive your delivery in 2-5 working days.
For East Malaysia, the delivery is still completely free and you will receive your delivery in 25-30 working days. You could also opt for the express, paid air freight delivery, which takes 5-9 working days.
How will my item(s) be delivered?
For deliveries within Klang Valley, your item will be delivered to your doorstep by LALAMOVE.
Deliveries to the rest of West Malaysia will be handled and delivered by GDEX.
For deliveries to East Malaysia, you can track the status of your delivery by contacting our customer support team.
The mattress weighs around 18 to 35 KG depending on the size. If you think you'll struggle with carrying it, we recommend inviting someone over to help.
Is delivery free everywhere in Malaysia?
Yes, shipping is free everywhere in Malaysia.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
If you're in Klang Valley, we can deliver to you on Saturdays.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes, you'll have to be home for the delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:

Once I take my mattress out of the box, how long does it takes to expand?
Once you take your mattress out of the box, it will expand and be ready to sleep on within minutes. For the mattress to fully inflate, it will usually take 48 to 72 hours.

What is an adjustment period? Why do I need it?
We recommend spending at least 30 days with the Youkosleep mattress because you probably had been sleeping on another mattress every night for the past few years and your body will need time to adjust to your new Youkosleep mattress.
What is Youkosleep Mattress made of? What is the material?
The Youkosleep Mattress is made in Malaysia of a modern, proprietary polyurethane foam. It is engineered in-house for better breathability, bounciness and pressure-point relief.
Does the mattress gets hot?
No, the Youkosleep Mattress is engineered to keep you cool and comfortable. We don't use memory foam or latex, typical mattress material that gets warm. Instead, our unique foam features open-cell structure that increases ventilation for a cooler sleep.
Do I need to flip the bed?
Nope! The Youkosleep Mattress is designed to be non-flip. If you sleep alone on one side of the bed or have a significant weight differential with your sleep partner, then we do recommend rotating the bed 180 degrees every 3-6 months.
Will the Youkosleep Mattress sag in the middle like my other mattress did?
Our industry-leading foam technology makes our foam ten-times more durable than regular foams and it is rigorously tested to ensure longer-lasting comfort and support. As a foam-based mattress, the Youkosleep Mattress will require a firm, flat surface for proper support underneath. We also recommend rotating the mattress every 6 months for even wear.
Is the mattress environmentally friendly or does it contains any harmful chemical?
The Youkosleep Mattress has been rigorously tested and free from all the nasty chemicals which can be found in other mattresses. There are no heavy metals (such as lead or mercury), it is made without phthalates and without the use of ozone-depleters.
When can I sleep on it?
You can start snoozing right away! Once your sheets are on, you’re good to go! Just make sure your mattress is facing right-side-up before putting your sheets on.
How long can I keep my mattress in the box?
We recommend that you unbox your new mattress within a few days of receiving it. This will ensure the mattress inflates quickly and you'll get the best Youkosleep mattress experience.
Does Youkosleep mattress comes with a warranty?
Yes, it comes with a 10 years limited warranty.
How do I make a warranty claim?
